Services

FixitZ provides doorstep mobile repair, sale of accessories, and buying/selling of used phones, primarily in Jammu. Service availability, prices and offers are shown in the app and may change.

Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Diagnosis fees, repair quotes and device valuations are as displayed and may be adjusted after inspection. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. FixitZ wallet balance and coupons apply as shown at checkout.

Warranty

Repairs and refurbished devices carry the warranty stated at the time of purchase. Physical or liquid damage after service, and unauthorised tampering, void the warranty.

User Responsibilities

Please back up your data before any repair. Provide accurate address and contact details. You are responsible for the accounts you create and activity under them.

Limitation of Liability

FixitZ is not liable for indirect or incidental losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FixitZ means you accept the updated Terms.
