The ₹100 advance is fully refundable if we cancel the service or fail to deliver within the promised window. Refund is credited to source or wallet within 3–5 business days.

Once the technician completes the repair and quality check is signed off by the customer, no refund is applicable. Any post-service issues will be handled under warranty (6 months on parts, 30 days on service).

Damaged/wrong products can be returned within 48 hours of delivery via chat support. Free reverse pickup in Jammu.
